Bio
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are working through trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, grief/loss, mood instability, and substance abuse. Kelly has specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and The Flash Technique, which enables people to heal their mind and body from the symptoms that result from trauma and adverse life experiences. Kelly is also trained in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Kelly focuses on incorporating mindfulness and grounding techniques in her sessions in order for individuals to learn healthy ways to self-regulate and cope with life stressors. Client’s can expect sessions to be rooted in evidence-based practices and a holistic, client-centered approach. Kelly focuses on building trust, rapport, and healthy communication with her clients in order to create a positive therapeutic relationship and experience.

Kelly was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State University and hrer Master of Social Work degree at St. Louis University. Kelly has traveled throughout North America and she loves to explore new places. When she is not working, Kelly is most likely hiking, kayaking, reading a good book, playing with her dog, or spending time with her family/friends.
