Bio
Elizabeth is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and is working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas in 2019 and a Master’s in Adult Learning from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2009.
Elizabeth has experience working with children and their families, as well as adults throughout the lifespan. As a certified Grief Informed Professional, she works with clients as they process the many forms of grief that life may present. Elizabeth also has additional training in child-centered play therapy and enjoys working with families to meet their specific goals. She respects the effort and courage it takes to consider and begin the counseling process. Elizabeth practices from a client centered lens and works to create a space of understanding and connection that allows for healing and growth.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Arkansas and then spent many years calling cities on the east and west coasts temporary homes. She feels grateful to have reconnected with her Arkansas roots and enjoys all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer, especially gardening, biking, and hiking, with her family and friends.
